DigitalDNA Payment Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing DigitalDNA for your website development needs. Below are the payment terms and conditions that apply to all our website services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Fees
The Client agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee of $60 + GST for website services.
This subscription includes website hosting, maintenance, and access to our support team.
2. Contract Term
The contract is for a minimum term of 12 months.
If the Client wishes to terminate the contract before the 12-month period ends, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance for the remainder of the contract term.
3. Payment Obligations
Payments are due monthly in advance.
If the Client fails to make the required payment within 30 days of the due date, DigitalDNA reserves the right to employ a third-party collection service to recover the outstanding amount. All costs associated with the collection service will be borne by the Client.
4. Optional Free Services
As part of this package, DigitalDNA offers optional complementary services, including:
FREE logo design
FREE business website
These services are available at no additional cost, provided the Client remains in compliance with the contract terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, photos, and materials required for the website.
After receiving the preview link from DigitalDNA, the Client will have 10 days to submit the required materials.
If the Client fails to provide the necessary materials within the 10-day period, the website will go live using stock images and placeholder text. The Client can request updates after the website is live, which will be subject to standard update processes.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
DigitalDNA uses third-party analytics services to monitor website performance and provide recommendations.
DigitalDNA will not sell the Client’s data to any third party. No personal data from the Client or the Client’s customers will be collected for analytics purposes.
The Client’s data may be used anonymously to improve DigitalDNA’s services and train AI systems. No personally identifiable information will be used for these purposes.
